Refund policy
We accept refund or replacement requests within 30 days of delivery only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To request a refund or replacement, please contact help@noxlostore.com and provide clear photos of:
- the issue itself,
- the full item,
- and the packaging, if applicable.
Claims must be submitted before the item is used, washed, or altered.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or ordering mistakes.
Items that show signs of use, washing, alteration, or intentional damage are not eligible.
Returns are not required unless we specifically request them.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or changed within 6 hours of purchase.
After that, orders may already be in production, so we cannot guarantee cancellations, changes, or refunds.
