WHERE IS MY ORDER?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email with your tracking information.
If you have not received a shipping email within 3 business days, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, please contact us at help@noxlostore.com.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier conditions, and seasonal demand.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be longer during holidays or peak periods.
DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the package has been scanned by the carrier.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If your order has not gone into production yet, we may be able to help with changes such as:
shipping address updates
size changes
color changes

Once an order has entered production, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel it.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
Because our items are made to order, we do not offer exchanges for incorrect size selection, color preference, change of mind, or any other customer preference issues.
Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED, MISPRINTED, OR INCORRECT?
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@noxlo.store within 15 days of delivery.
Please include:
your order number
a brief description of the issue
clear photos showing the problem
If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Because many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or other customer preference issues.
Returns may only be accepted in limited cases, such as when an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us at support@noxlo.store within 15 days of delivery before sending anything back.
WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE?
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:
・items ordered in the wrong size
・items ordered in the wrong color
・change-of-mind purchases
・worn or washed items
・items returned without prior approval
・personalized or custom items, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect
MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I CAN’T FIND IT
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please first:
check around your mailbox, porch, or building entrance
ask household members or neighbors
contact your local carrier
If you still cannot find it, please contact us at support@noxlo.store and we will do our best to assist you.
WILL THE FINAL PRODUCT LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE MOCKUP?
We do our best to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, printing methods, and garment batch variations.
Minor differences in color or print placement are not always considered defects.
